I love Autumn. The wind, the rain, fallen leaves, my birthday, Lee's birthday, L's birthday... those are just some of the reasons why I love it so much :-D It feels like everything's dying, quite nostalgic, but I know for sure it will come back to life in Spring, that's what I like best

Actually, it's my favorite plot, someone dying and then coming back to life. Well, there are several things I don't like about Autumn, such as picking apples, walnuts and other products of our beloved garden, but I can eat them all afterwards, so it ends well :-D
I write this journal because I want to know how do you feel about Autumn and also I want you to tell me how you spend some interesting days in Autumn, like Halloween and other Autumn holidays your country holds. So please comment and tell me, okay?

In Czech Republic we have holidays on September 28th, which is "the day of Czech state" actually, then on October 28th, which is "the day of independent Czechoslovakian state" (boring, isn't it??) and also on November 17th that I won' tell you about now, coz it's my birthday, so I'll be writing about it sometime later :-P Buuut we don't do much on these holidays, just hang out Czech flags, maybe watch or listen to programs commemorating events that happened on these days... and there is a ceremony in Prague, but I don't live there so I never went to see it.
And then there is All Soul's Day on November 2nd, which is something like Halloween, but actually not at all like it... like I said in description of my Rest In Peace pic. On this day we remember our deceased loved ones, come to their grave and put flowers and candles on them. Oh, graveyards are very nice too... I like them. Very peaceful places, especially in Autumn, really beautiful.
So this is all from me and I'm looking forward to whatever you have to say about Autumn
